ENROLL AT OUR ACADEMIES

We are thrilled that you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) at one of our preschool academies! 

 

Information about our enrollment and wait list processes in included below. If you have questions during any part of this process please don't hesitate to contact us at admissions@hopkinshouse.org.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS

STEP 1: Complete our online registration form.

One of our team members will be in contact with you shortly after you submit this form. We will inform you about space in the requested classroom(s) and if the class you are interested in is full, we will discuss joining our wait list.

STEP 2: Complete an enrollment package.

The enrollment package include 8 forms that must be completed to begin enrollment at our preschool academies. Please complete these forms using a computer (if possible) and then print to sign. Please note that:

  • Form #1 must be completed in the presence of a preschool administrator.

  • Form #2 must be notarized.

  • Form #5 (Part II & Part III) should be completed by a medical professional.

  • Form #9 (Part Time Enrollment Form) is available for Innovative and McNeil.

 

STEP 3: Email admissions@hopkinshouse.org or call the preschool to arrange a time to review your completed enrollment package.

Your $100 per child registration fee is due at or before this meeting. Registration fees may be paid via check or debit/credit card at https://www.hopkinshouse.org/parents/tuition-and-fees-payment/

At this short meeting a preschool administrator will review your application for completeness and assist in completing Form #1. If your enrollment package is complete, the administrator will discuss and select an official enrollment date for your child(ren). After you receive an official enrollment date, you must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to the first week of tuition. This deposit will be credited to your first week's tuition.

Please note, if your enrollment package is not complete at this meeting, you will not be able to set an enrollment date for your child(ren) until the completed package is received.

WAIT LIST REGISTRATION

Due to quality of our services and the limited space that we have, enrollment in our preschool academies is in high demand. As a result, we maintain an enrollment Wait List for families who are interested in enrolling their child(ren) as space become available.

STEP 1: Complete our online registration form.

One of our team members will be in contact with you shortly after you submit this form. We will inform you about space in the requested classroom(s) and if the class you are interested in is full, we will discuss joining our wait list.

 

STEP 2: Pay a non-refundable $100 fee.

There is a non-refundable $100 fee for placement on our Wait List for 6 months. Placement on the Wait List may be renewed for an additional 6 months with an additional non-refundable $100 fee at the end of the first 6 month period. The first $100 fee will be credited to tuition if enrollment occurs as space becomes available. Our team is available to answer any questions you have at admissions@hopkinshouse.org as you consider joining our Wait List or to check your status as your preferred enrollment date approaches. 

It is important to note that placement on the Wait List does not guarantee admissions. Enrollment at our academies is on a first-come, first-enrolled basis, determined by availability. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, income, residency or form of payment.

Please note: If you are offered placement for your child(ren) in one of our preschool academies and you decline the offer or fail to respond by the end of the next business day, your name will be removed from the Wait List and your fee forfeited.
